Article 1 - “Why it’s so hard to hear negative feedback”

It's understandable why people don’t like here negative feedback as most people would rather hear how great their work or how amazing of a job, they are doing. The difference is negative feedback doesn’t always have to be a bad thing it can be used to help improve one’s work, Constructive feedback is better than normal feedback because it's used in a way to tell a person how to become better not just that they are doing good but that they can accomplish even better things by changing or adapting to new ways. Tim Herrera talks a lot about this and gives a great statement on people participating in good faith, basically meaning everyone is trying to help everyone grow as a person or colleague. Article 2 - “Rewire your critical brain”

This article focuses over the concept that while growing up society and the world has time after time told us that failing to do something or failure as a whole is wrong and a bad thing, as a result, people these days than to give up easily as soon as they hit with a negative. Critics are bad but the worst critic of them all is yourself, are own brains can turn us against ourselves and its always a good reminded to stay grounded and to get through the process of failure. Almeida covers his weight loss story and talks about techniques he used to get through that tough period.
